Suzanne Simpson, Senior Strategic and Tactical leader with over 35 years in the industry as CIO and Advisor, with a focus in identification of industry directions, devising company business strategy and satisfying clients’ needs in the areas ServiceNow, BMC, HP, IBM, tool implementations and ITIL, ITSM, CMMI, Six Sigma Assessments, Process Improvements and Organizational Change Management (OCM). Suzanne started her career in Washington, DC area working in the Pentagon and Capitol Hill. Her expertise is in the following areas of IT Operations, Infrastructure, IT Service Management, ITIL, KPI’s, ROI’s, Organizational Change Management, Capacity Management, Available Management, Quality Improvements, Software Configuration Management, Problem Management, Release Management, Build Management, Metrics, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Risk Management and implementing Enterprise Tool Solutions.

His unique industry knowledge in outsourcing and growing the business with the state, government and private sector has given him a landscape of working in all industries. His positive leadership style is known in the industry with our customers. In addition to traveling and living across the world in countries such as India, Europe and Middle East as diplomates son that has provided him with the skill set in working with corporations across the globe.
